Disclaimer
The Adolescent Mental Health Initiative is a project of The Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands. As part of the initiative, the Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands has created CopeCareDeal.org as a resource for teens to learn about mental health disorders and ways to care, cope and deal with mental health issues for themselves and others. CopeCareDeal is administered with the assistance of the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania. The information provided is informational only. It does not replace medical consultation or advice from a health professional.
If you, or someone you know, is contemplating suicide, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) for a local crisis center.
